Fruit Boots

Liam Sawyer (he/they), who works under the name “Fruit Boots,” is a multimedia artist living and working in Weaverville, NC. Liam primarily works in printmaking, woodworking, pottery and photography and almost always in combination with each other. Working with a variety of media, especially when unifying media that is commonly seen as working in opposition to each other, challenges perspectives and reflects Liam’s personal relationship to their own identity as a queer, trans person navigating the world.
