Queer Figure Drawing

QFD is an inclusive, short-pose figure drawing group hosted by Red Herring. It features queer models of a variety of body types and experience levels. Artists should bring their own drawing (or painting, or sculpting!) materials. The setup is tables and chairs - BYO easel if interested.

Drawing starts promptly at 6pm so arrive by 5:45 to set up and be ready to go. The posing schedule usually includes 1, 5, 10, and 20 minute poses with a variety of standing, seated and reclined poses. We will have a 10 minute break in the middle.

Artists are expected to bring + wear (K)N-95 masks.

Payment: Venmo @redherrring $10+ in advance, or $15+ venmo/cash at the door. (venmo handle clarification: red he r r r ing - 4 r’s total). Reach out if you need to pay a different way. Artists are encouraged to additionally tip the models by cash or venmo.
